Collection of Personal Data
Premiersoft may collect information actively entered by the user during registration, as well as information collected automatically when using the pages and the network, such as identification of the commercial establishment used, IP with connection date and time, among others.
Thus, there is the processing of two types of personal data: (i) those provided by the user; and (ii) those collected automatically.
We collect the following personal data that our users expressly provide to us when using our website:
- Name
- Phone number
- Message
This data is collected when the user uses our contact form. The data provided by our users is collected to send information and for subsequent contact with customers. We also collect various information automatically, such as device characteristics, browser, IP (with date and time), IP origin, information about clicks, pages accessed, the following pages accessed after leaving the pages, or any search term entered on the websites or in reference to them, among others. For this collection, standard technologies such as cookies are used.
Comments
When users leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the user's IP address and browser data, to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If the user uploads images to the website, they should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from these images on the website.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files automatically downloaded to your device when you access and browse a website. They serve to identify user devices, activities, and preferences. Cookies do not allow any file or information to be extracted from the user's hard drive, nor do they provide access to personal information that did not originate from the user or how the site's resources are used.
Use of Cookies
When leaving a comment on the site, the user may choose to save their name, email, and website in cookies. This is for the user's convenience, so they do not have to fill in their details again when they make another comment. These cookies last for one year.
If the user has an account and accesses this site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if their browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
When the user logs into their account on the site, we also create several cookies to save account data and display preferences. Login cookies are kept for two days, and screen option cookies for one year. If you select "Remember Me," your access will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, login cookies will be removed.
If the user edits or publishes an article, an additional cookie will be saved in their browser. This cookie does not include any personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article they just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Cookie Management
The user can object to the registration of cookies by the site by simply disabling this option in their own browser.
Disabling cookies, however, may affect the availability of some tools and features of the site, compromising its correct and expected functioning. Another possible consequence is the removal of user preferences that may have been saved, impairing their experience.

Embedded Media from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, articles, etc. Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the user were visiting the other site.
These sites may collect data about the user, use cookies, incorporate additional third-party tracking, and monitor their interaction with this embedded content, including their interaction with the embedded content if the user has an account and is logged into the site.
Who We Share Your Data With
If the user requests a password reset, their IP address will be included in the password reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If the user leaves a comment, the comment and its data are retained indefinitely. We do this so we can recognize and approve any subsequent comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
Your Rights Regarding Your Data
If the user has an account on this site or has left comments, they can request an exported file of their personal data, including any data they have provided to us. They can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about them.
However, the information may be retained for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, transferred to a third party - provided that data processing requirements are respected - and used exclusively by Premiersoft, prohibited from access by a third party, as long as it is anonymized.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
