Certified trust: Premiersoft earns ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701

Awarded by TÜV NORD Brasil following an independent audit, these two certifications attest to how we protect information security and privacy in everything we do. 

Every technology project begins with a vote of confidence. Those who hire us grant access and share code, data, and often personal information belonging to thousands of people. Taking care of this has always been part of our work. Now, that commitment has been verified by an independent audit. 

On 08/28/2026, Premiersoft received two international certifications from TÜV NORD Brasil: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management, and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy management. Both are valid through August 2029. 

What each one means 

ISO/IEC 27001 looks at how a company protects information in its day-to-day operations. It does not certify a tool; it certifies a way of working in which risks are identified, addressed with appropriate controls, and monitored with evidence. The goal is to ensure that only authorized people can access information (confidentiality), that information remains accurate (integrity), and that it is available when the business needs it (availability). 

ISO/IEC 27701 goes further, focusing on the people behind the data. It defines how to collect, use, store, and protect personal data in accordance with Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR. We were certified in both roles defined by the standard: when we decide how data is processed (controller) and when we handle data on behalf of clients (processor)—as we do every day in projects, squads, and ongoing support. 

A scope that matches our business 

The certifications cover the development, delivery, and ongoing support of digital solutions, software, artificial intelligence, and specialized technology services. In practice, they span everything from software development to production operations. AI projects follow the same security and privacy rules as the rest of our operations. 

Who made it happen 

Getting here required revised policies, updated processes, a Statement of Applicability (the document that defines which controls apply to our business), and an external audit. Most of all, it required people: every Hero who made security part of their daily routine contributed to this achievement.

Next steps 

ISO certification requires ongoing maintenance. In the years ahead, periodic audits will call for continuous improvement and new evidence. For clients, this means simpler approval processes and more support in meeting regulatory and security requirements. For us, it lays the foundation for growth through more complex projects and an increasingly strong international presence.
